NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Washakie County Board of County Commissioners have, through Resolution 2023-398, approved the updated Washakie County Subdivision and Development Regulation.  The current approved Regulations are effective January 1, 2024.  Copies may be obtained by selecting the links below or by contacting the Planning Office or the County Clerk's Office.
