All titles, duplicate or first-time, are $15.00.  We accept check, money order, credit/debit cards or cash.  Check or money order should be made payable to 'Washakie County Clerk' or 'W C C'.

Registration, Sales Tax and Licensing are done in the County Treasurer's Office.

Application for Bonded Titles must be approved by the County Clerk.

Titles can be made for multipurpose vehicles as of January 2008.

A VIN Inspection performed by a law enforcement officer is required for all out of state titles.  There is a $10.00 fee for each VIN inspection.

An Out-of-State VIN Inspection can be completed by a law enforcement official in another state if the vehicle is in another state.  We need to have the original, signed document in our office in order to make your title.
