OPERATION GREEN LIGHT

Washakie County buildings will be illuminated green November 7th - 13th in support of Operation Green Light, a collaborative initiative of the National Association of Counties (NACo) to support military veterans, as well as raise awareness about the unique challenges faced by many veterans and the resources that are available at the county, state, and federal levels to assist veterans and their families.

The Washakie County Commissioners invite county residents and businesses to show support and appreciation for our veterans by lighting their buildings and houses green November 7th - 13th.

Check with our local retailers for green bulb availability. Currently, Ace Hardware, Big Horn Co-Op, Blair's Supermarket, and Bloedorn Lumber have confirmed they have or will have green bulbs in stock.
