Alltitles are $15.00. Registration, Sales Tax, and Licensing are done in the County Treasurer's Office.

Application for Bonded Titles must be approved by the County Clerk.
Titles can be made for multipurpose vehicles as of January 2008.
AVIN Inspection is required for all out of state titles. Click to print this form. It too must be notarized.
An Out-State VIN Inspection can be completed by a law enforcement official in another state if the vehicle is in another state. We need to have the original document in our office in order to make your title.
To transfer a title, all parties listed as owners on the title must sign before a notary to release the title.
