Washakie County Library

The Washakie County Library System contains two libraries; the main library in Worland and the branch library in Ten Sleep.  Both libraries have story time for preschoolers on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 am during the school year.  Worland's library has a summer reading program for six weeks each June and July for children up to junior high ages.  

Library cards can be obtained by filling out a registration card at either library.  One library card can be used at both county libraries, all college libraries throughout the state, most branch libraries, and some high school and special libraries.

Services:    Public Fax - cost to send - $3.00 first page, $1.00 each additional page
                                          cost to receive - $0.75 a page
                    Public Copy Machine - $0.15 per page for library materials
                                                            $0.25 per page for all other materials

                                                      Cost:  Postage & Handling + $1.00
                    3 Day Rentals - Typewriter, Projector
                                                    Cost:  $5.00 for non-profit & churches
